* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following areas, Central Cook, DuPage, Eastern Will, Grundy, Kankakee, Kendall, Northern Cook, Northern Will, Southern Cook and Southern Will.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving showers, with isolated thunder, continue across the area this evening. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will continue through mid evening. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
