1. Homicide (1240) 1300 Block of South California Street, Seaport District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of an assault with a deadly weapon. Officers located the male victim, 35, unresponsive. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Detectives responded and assumed the investigation.
2. Attempted Robbery (2200) 1100 Block of Stratford Circle, Lakeview District
The male victim, 34, was in the listed area when two suspects brandished firearms and demanded his property. When the victim attempted to run away, the suspects struck the victim in the head with a firearm. The victim suffered minor injuries and declined medical treatment. SUSPECTS: Two black male adults.
3. Weapon Arrest (2220) 2800 Block of West March Lane, Lakeview District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the area on a vehicle that was related to a domestic violence investigation. The officers conducted a search of the vehicle and located a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Brian Hansen, 36, domestic violence and weapon charges.
4. Weapon Arrest (0331) 9200 Block of Darby Court, Bearcreek District
Officers responded to the area to investigate a report of gunshots. Officers detained the suspects who attempted to hide when the officers arrived. Officers located a firearm and a high-capacity magazine. ARRESTED: Tansey Long, 21, Shane Thath, 18, two male juveniles, and one female juvenile, for weapon
charges.
