1. Weapon Arrest (1853) 3400 Block of Manthey Road, Seaport District
Officers located an occupied stolen vehicle in the parking lot of an area business. The driver remained in the vehicle and was taken into custody without incident. The front passenger exited the vehicle and discarded a loaded firearm before fleeing. Officers searched the area and arrested the suspect without further incident. ARRESTED: Dallas Hempstead, 19, for auto theft charges, and Dezmon Reaves, 21, for weapon charges.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2355) Hickock Drive and Pawnee Way, Bear Creek District
The female victim, 35, the male victim, 25, and three juvenile victims were passing through the area in their vehicle when the suspects shot at them. A female juvenile who was in the vehicle suffered a non-life-threatening injury from shattered glass and received treatment at an area hospital. SUSPECTS: Two Black males.
