1. Weapons Arrest (0732) 600 Block of North Sutter Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a disturbance. The involved suspect was found in possession of two loaded firearms. ARRESTED: Elpidio Serrano, 29, for weapons charges and warrants.
2. Person Stabbed (1114) 300 Block of East Washington Street, Civic District
The male victim, 35, was in the listed area when he got into an argument with the suspect. When the victim took a fighting stance toward the suspect, the suspect pulled out a sharp object and stabbed the victim. The suspect fled in a vehicle. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: White male adult.
3. Resisting Arrest (1155) 2500 Block of Monte Diablo Avenue, Civic District
Officers were conducting enforcement in the listed area when they contacted the suspect, who refused to leave and then resisted when officers attempted to detain him. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Eric Hoyton, 54, for trespassing and resisting arrest.
