Road Closure & Power Outage Update 
Buckelew Avenue (Eastbound) remains closed between Grace Hill Road and Schoolhouse Road due to a downed tree and power lines. Buckelew Avenue (Westbound) has been reopened. Barclay Brook School and Brookside School can be accessed from the Schoolhouse Road side of the closure.
The traffic signal at the intersection of Perrineville Rd. and Schoolhouse Rd. is currently out as well. The intersection is being controlled by temporary stop signs. Please use caution!
JCP&L crews are actively working to restore power and remove the trees & wires from the roadway at multiple locations in the township. Per JCP&L, there are approximately 1,833 residences still without power.
Please use caution while driving, follow posted detour signs and avoid Buckelew Avenue & Perrineville Road if possible.
