 On Friday June 20, 2025, at approximately 10 Am., the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team conducted a joint investigation with the Michigan Department of Corrections. Detectives responded to a residence in the 70000 block of Elkhart Rd.., in Ontwa Twp., Cass County, MI. While searching the residence, detectives located methamphetamine. Detectives arrested a 37-year-old female for possession methamphetamine. The suspect Name is being withheld pending arraignment on the charges in the 4^th district court. The investigation is still ongoing. Agencies assisting with the investigation were the Michigan Department of Correction, Cass County Sheriff’s Office, and Ontwa Police Department.
