* WHEN...From 8 AM Monday to 8 PM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low temperatures of 75 to 80 degrees will not offer much relief at night.

Instructions:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside.
