WHEN...From 8 AM Sunday to 8 PM EDT Wednesday.
IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest temperatures and heat indices will be Monday and Tuesday. Low temperatures near 75 to 80 degrees will not offer much relief at night.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
