PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Teaneck Planning Board has scheduled a special meeting for June 26, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom information is set forth below:

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Planning Board will adopt a resolution memorializing action taken at the Planning Board’s Meeting of June 16, 2025. On June 16, 2025, the Planning Board of the Township of Teaneck adopted the Township’s Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan consistent with the goals and objectives of the Township’s Master Plan. On June 26, 2025, The Teaneck Planning Board will hold a special meeting and will adopt a resolution memorializing the action taken by the Planning Board at its June 16, 2025 Board meeting. The memorializing resolution is one file and is available for public inspection in the Township Clerk’s office located at 818 Teaneck Rd, Teaneck, NJ 2 nd floor.

The Meeting shall be conducted via Zoom.
