* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.

Instructions:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in air-conditioning if possible, and check on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Stay out of the sun as much as possible. Wear lightweight, loose fitting clothing.
