A black bear is currently in the area of 177 Plainsboro Road. Police are aware and on scene.
*While black bears are typically not aggressive toward humans, they can be dangerous if approached or startled.
Public Safety Guidance:
-Do NOT approach the bear
-Keep pets indoors or on a leash when outside
-Secure all garbage, pet food, and bird feeders to avoid attracting bears
-Avoid walking alone near wooded areas
