Good morning,

Here is an update of two construction projects that will impact members of our community:

Raineri Construction will begin the improvement project at the intersection of North Lindbergh Boulevard and Old Olive Street, as well as the surrounding areas. This is pursuant to Creve Coeur Resolution No 1767 adopted on January 13, 2025 and part of the City's strategic planning. 

The work begins Monday, June 23, 2025. Access to N. Lindbergh via Old Olive will be temporarily closed at times, with detours in place. Additionally, one to two lanes on N. Lindbergh may be closed as needed to ensure the safety of our crews and the public.

We will make every effort to keep traffic moving and limit closures to the shortest duration possible.

The second project is not in Creve Coeur, but may effect members of our community: Route AB (Ladue Road) over Route 141 and S. Woods Mill will need to allow themselves extra time or consider alternate routes starting next Friday, as MoDOT will close the roadway overnight.

Crews will close Ladue over Route 141 and S. Woods Mill Friday, June 27 from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.  to seal the bridge driving surface as part of routine preventative maintenance. This work was rescheduled earlier this month after inclement weather canceled a previous closure.

The ramp from northbound Route 141 to Ladue will remain open, but drivers will only be able to turn right. The ramp to northbound 141 will be open only to westbound traffic on Ladue. 

All lanes in both directions will reopen by Saturday, June 28 at 7 a.m.
