Downed power lines on Blanch Avenue just west of Tappan Road have caused a power outage.  Please avoid the intersections at Blanch/Tappan and Blanch/Livingston as the traffic signals will be off until power is restored.  Traffic on Blanch Avenue will be controlled by Stop signs until then.
