Construction Notice: Highland Promenade Project 
The City of Duarte has contracted with Green Giant Landscape to complete the Highland Promenade project. This project includes the improvement, beautification, and widening of the west sidewalk along Highland Avenue, from Evergreen Street to the railroad tracks.
Construction is now underway and is expected to be completed by Fall 2025.
Work hours are scheduled from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. No work will occur on City-observed holidays.
During construction, one traffic lane will be closed and converted into a temporary protected pedestrian path to ensure continuous access to the LA Metro Station. Access for through traffic may occasionally be limited. We kindly ask that you:

Use alternate routes when possible
