UPDATE: State Police are opening some entrances to I-55. 
Illinois State Police advised they are opening the ramps to northbound I-55 at Route 83 and northbound from County Line Road.
The NORTHBOUND ramp to I-55 from SOUTHBOUND County Line Road will remain closed while the accident that is causing delays is moved to the right shoulder of northbound I-55.
