INCIDENT: Possession of Narcotics for Sale
LOCATION: 18825 Bear Valley Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECT(S): Donald Westreicher, 69-year-old male, resident of Victorville
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, June 21, 2025, at approximately 3:08 p.m., deputies with the Apple Valley Station conducted a check on a vehicle parked in the 24-Hour Fitness parking lot and contacted multiple people inside the vehicle. One of the occupants, Donald Westreicher, was found to be in possession of approximately 37 grams of methamphetamine. Westreicher was arrested without incident.
Westreicher was transported and booked at High Desert Detention Center for HS 11378- Possession of a Controlled Substance for sale. Westreicher is being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
