INCIDENT: PC 487(A): GRAND THEFT
PC 29800(A)(1): FELON IN POSSESSSION OF A FIREARM
LOCATION: 15000 Block of Harrod Road, Lucerne Valley
SUSPECT(S): Caleb Christensen, 48 years of age, Resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, June 19, 2025, deputies from the Lucerne Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to the 15000 block of Harrod Road in Lucerne Valley for a theft in progress. Upon arrival, deputies contacted Caleb Christensen at a residence.
Christensen was in possession of a 40-foot shipping container on a trailer. The owner of the property was contacted and did not give Christensen permission to take the container.
Deputies learned Christensen is a convicted felon and had firearms at his residence. A search warrant was served at Christensen’s residence in Apple Valley. During the search, deputies located 41 firearms and another stolen shipping container. As a convicted felon, Christensen is prohibited from possessing firearms. Christensen was arrested and transported to the High Desert Detention Center.
