* WHAT...Heat index values up to 100.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, southwest and western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A continuation of heat indices peaking near 100 each day with overnight lows above 70 will contribute to cumulative heat stress. Storms during the day may temporarily alleviate heat is some areas, but most areas will see some impacts. The most impactful period will be from noon to 6pm Thursday and Friday.

Instructions:
