Narrative:
Four suspects were arrested after participating in a gang related assault, in which one of the suspects produced a sharp-edged weapon causing bodily injury to the victim.  The victim was treated at a nearby hospital and rushed into surgery.  The victim survived and was discharged from the hospital after approximately a week.     
 
On the evening of May 22nd, 2025, Thousand Oaks patrol deputies responded to a call for service in the 1600 block of Calle Diamonte, regarding an assault with a deadly weapon.  Patrol deputies and detectives arrived and learned the victim was suffering from several stab wounds to his body.  The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.   
 
Detectives with the East County Special Enforcement Unit and Major Crimes Investigations responded to the scene and were initially able to identify several possible parties involved in the altercation.  Through investigative resources, detectives were able to identify four suspects responsible for the stabbing. 
 
On June 20th, 2025, Detectives contacted and arrested Henry Tronconi in the area of Calle Turquesa and Avenida del Platino. 
 
On June 24th, 2025, Detectives contacted and arrested Joshua and Joanky Galvez in the area of Alamo Street and Tapo Canyon Road in the City of Simi Valley.
 
On June 25th, 2025, Detectives contacted and arrested the juvenile male. 
 
Three of the four suspects are documented members of a local criminal street gang.       
 
Tronconi, Joshua, and Joanky Galvez were booked into the Ventura County Pre-Trial Detention Facility on charges of 245(a)(1)PC – Assault with a Deadly Weapon, 182(a)(1)PC – Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, and 186.22(a)PC – Street Terrorism.  All three remain in custody with a bail amount of $250,000.  The male juvenile suspect was booked into the Ventura County Juvenile Justice Center on similar charges, with a court date pending.
