At 1006 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Birch River, or 11 miles south of Sutton, moving northwest at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Sutton, Birch River, Harrison, Little Birch, and Widen. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 54 and 62. Route 19 between mile markers 52 and 68.
