Borough of Matawan's Fireworks Celebration POSTPONED to 6/29 
Due to the anticipated inclement weather tomorrow, Saturday, June 28th, the Borough's Fireworks Celebration event has been POSTPONED to Sunday, June 29th. Ravine Drive, from Main St. to Union St. and Matawan Ave. from Marc Dr. to Ravine Dr. will be CLOSED to all vehicular traffic beginning at 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 29th, and will remain closed for the duration of the event, opening at approximately 10:30 pm. If you're not planning on coming out to celebrate our Nation's Independence, please travel with these road closures in mind and follow posted detours. Thank you. Have a safe and happy holiday!
