Freedom Fest Parade at 5pm. Sycamore to College to High Street. Watch for pedestrians and plan route accordingly. 
The annual Freedom Fest Parade will begin at 5pm and road closures will be in effect. The parade begins from Kramer Elementary and will travel on Sycamore St to College Ave to High Street and end at Poplar Street. Motorists should expect delays and should watch for pedestrians. Please plan accordingly.
