1. Resisting Arrest (0718) Center Street and Lafayette Street, Civic District
An officer was parking his patrol vehicle when the suspect threw an object, striking the vehicle. The suspect fled and, when confronted by officers, brandished a knife. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Rafael Garcia-Pallares, 58, for brandishing, vandalism, and resisting arrest.
