* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Wisconsin, including the following counties, in east central Wisconsin, northern Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, west central Kewaunee, Outagamie, eastern Shawano and southeastern Waupaca.

* WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 326 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen over parts of the area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Green Bay, Appleton, Menasha, Kaukauna, Little Chute, New London, Kimberly, Pulaski, Denmark, Black Creek, Fremont, Darboy, Bellevue Town, Oneida, De Pere, Howard, Ashwaubenon, Bellevue, Allouez and Suamico. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
