Two to three inch of rain have fallen over the area making county roads and low lying ares prone to minor flooding overnight.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Kansas, including the following counties, Barber and Pratt.
* WHEN...Until 530 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 221 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sharon, Hazelton and Isabel. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
