Flood Warning until 11:00AM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...A portion of South Central Kansas, including the following counties, Harper and Kingman.
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 340 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers and thunderstorms. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain fell since Sunday evening. - Additional rainfall up to around 1 inch is possible in the warned area through early Monday. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Attica, Nashville, Waldron and Corwin.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HARPER, KS ... KINGMAN, KS
Instructions:
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
