4th of July Traffic Advisory & Road Closure - Powell Street/Access Road 
Due to anticipated high traffic volumes on July 4th, Powell Street at Access Road will be closed once the Marina parking lot reaches capacity.
ROAD CLOSURE DETAILS:

Powell Street west of Access Road will be closed to vehicles once Marina parking is full. Pedestrians and bicyclists will still be allowed through.

Only Marina and Watergate residents will be permitted past the closure. Residents must show:

A valid Emeryville parking sticker, ID with a resident address, or
-
Be listed on the resident access list.

All other vehicles will be diverted back down Access Road to Frontage Road. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays.
REMINDER:
There is NO fireworks show planned in the City of Emeryville. Personal fireworks are not allowed under any circumstances.
