Watch Commander's Night Report - June 29, 2025



CAD CALLS: 922

1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1713) 3500 Block of North Sutter Street, Civic District
The male victim, 64, was working in the area when he observed the suspect exposing himself and confronted him. The suspect swung a blade at the victim and chased him. The suspect fled on foot. The victim was not injured. SUSPECT: Black and Hispanic male adult.

2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1757) Weber Avenue and San Joaquin Street, Civic District
The male victim, 78, was in the listed area when he and the suspect got into an altercation. The suspect took the victim’s cane and struck him with it before fleeing. The victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury and was treated at the scene. SUSPECT: Hispanic or White male adult.

3. Robbery (1828) 4700 Block of Quail Lakes Dr, Lakeview District
The female victims, 38 and 46, were working at an area business when the suspects shoplifted merchandise. The victims attempted to stop the suspects, but the suspects threatened them and fled in a vehicle with the merchandise. SUSPECTS: Two Black male adults and a White male adult.

4. Robbery Arrest (1850) 1500 Block of East Scotts Avenue, Park District
The male victim, 40, was in the listed area when he got into an argument with the known suspect. The suspect pushed the victim to the ground and took property from his vehicle. The suspect fled in a vehicle but was stopped by officers and arrested. The victim was uninjured. ARRESTED: Christian Nunez, 27, for robbery.

5. Person Stabbed (1900) Harrison Street and Church Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 41, was in the listed area when he was approached by the suspect. The suspect hit the victim with a metal object, then stabbed the victim. The victim fled on foot and was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black male adult.

6. Robbery (2000) 3200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 32, and the known suspect were in an argument near the listed call location. The suspect pushed the victim to the ground and assaulted her. The suspect stole the victim’s property and fled. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black female adult.

7. Robbery (2140) 700 Block of North Van Buren Street, Civic District
The male victim, 34, was in the area of the listed call location when he was approached by three suspects. One suspect brandished a firearm, and two suspects stole the victim’s property. The suspects fled the area on foot. SUSPECTS: Three unknown race males.
