LOCATION: 10000 block of Cedar Avenue, Bloomington
VICTIM: Adult Female
SUSPECT: Taylor Moore, a 36-year-old male transient who frequents Bloomington
SUMMARY: On Sunday, June 29, 2025, at about 8:32 a.m., Fontana Station deputies responded to a call for service involving a subject disturbance in the 10000 block of Cedar Avenue, Bloomington. A caller reported a male, later found to be Taylor Moore, a 36-year-old male transient who frequents Bloomington, assaulted a female subject and her dogs. Deputies arrived, detained Moore and contacted the victim.
Through investigation, deputies determined Moore lit a mattress on fire while the victim and her dogs were lying on it. The victim put the fire out using one of her sandals, and Moore struck her. Moore was arrested and booked into West Valley Detention Center for arson and domestic battery.
