Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On June 26, at approximately 10:04 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 400 block of Shearman Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 34-year-old Nemesis Robinson-Moore, who was taken into custody without incident. Police recovered 5.81 grams of crack cocaine, 22 Naloxone doses, 20.36 grams of marijuana, $1,416, and drug paraphernalia.
Robinson-Moore has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver – Three Counts
- Tampering with Physical Evidence
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Breach of Release
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was released after posting $15,800 secured bail.
