Wilmington Police have arrested two men on drug charges.
On June 28, at approximately 8:13 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division conducted a vehicle stop in the 100 block of North Adams Street. Police made contact with the driver – 50-year-old Robert Octavio Jr., and a passenger – 46-year-old Victor Bryson. Following a brief investigation, Octavio Jr. and Bryson were taken into custody without incident. Police recovered 33.55 grams of crack cocaine.
Octavio Jr. has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 3 Quantity
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $30,000 cash-only bail.
Bryson has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
