* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in southeast Indiana, Franklin.
* WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 830 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Batesville, Brookville, Oldenburg, Lake Santee, Cedar Grove, Mount Carmel, Saint Peter, Peppertown, New Trenton, Huntersville, Sharptown, Hamburg, Buena Vista and Rockdale.
