Officers conducted a proactive traffic enforcement stop in the listed area. Officers searched the vehicle and found a stolen loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Joseph Lopez, 44, for weapons charges.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1800) 300 Block of West Martin Luther King Blvd, Seaport District.
The male victim, 31, was working at an area business when the suspect struck him with an object. Responding officers located the suspect and took him into custody. The victim sustained minor injuries and declined medical attention. ARRESTED: Walington Centeno, 27, for assault with a deadly weapon.
3. Shooting into a Dwelling (2347) 10000 Block of Fire Island Circle, Bear Creek District
The male victim, 54, was inside his residence when his home was struck by gunfire. The victim was uninjured. There is no suspect information.
