Details: An individual was observed entering Dollar Tree after previously being trespassed. Employees recognized him from prior incidents and stated he entered with an empty bag and exited with a full one. The individual fled the scene prior to police arrival. Store management was advised on the process to sign a trespassing complaint.

Details: Officers responded to a report of shoplifting in progress. Upon arrival, Miller fled from police and was apprehended after a short foot pursuit. She was found to have stolen four bottles of liquor and produce totaling approximately $180.62. Miller was also in possession of drug paraphernalia. Miller was found to have multiple active warrants, including one with full extradition out of Pennsylvania. She was charged with shoplifting, resisting arrest, obstruction, possession of drug paraphernalia, and refusal to submit to fingerprinting. Miller was then transported to Mercer County Correctional Center.

Details: Ramanathan was observed rolling through a stop sign and driving erratically through a parking lot. Upon being stopped, officers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage, and Ramanathan admitted to drinking. He failed the field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for DWI. He was transported to headquarters, where he provided a breath sample. He was issued multiple summonses including DWI, reckless driving, and failure to stop. His vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded.

Luna Garcia, was confirmed to have active warrants out of Trenton and Seaside Heights. Luna Garcia was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was processed. He posted bail for the Seaside Heights warrant and was ROR’d for the Trenton warrant. He was issued a summons for handicap parking on private property.

Accused: Russell Robinson – (Sayreville, NJ)
Details: Officers located a disabled vehicle on Route 1 occupied by an individual showing signs of intoxication. The driver, Russell Robinson, exhibited slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, poor motor skills, appeared to have urinated himself and was found with open alcohol in the vehicle. He also repeatedly asked why Ptl. Pagano had pulled him over despite the fact that when she found him, he was already pulled over. After throwing a bottle from the vehicle and resisting officers’ attempts to arrest and detain him, Robinson became combative at headquarters. He refused to participate in sobriety testing and made multiple threats against officers. Robinson was charged with DWI, refusal to submit to breath testing, resisting arrest, terroristic threats, aggravated assault, and multiple motor vehicle violations. He was later released to a responsible party under John’s Law.

Details: On the above date and time, Glen Stubbs was observed on surveillance footage entering Marshalls with a reusable bag and concealing various men’s clothing items inside it. Stubbs placed socks, underwear, and shirts into the bag before covering it with a jacket and exiting the store without rendering payment. Through investigative means, Stubbs was identified and charged with shoplifting. A criminal complaint was issued and mailed to his last known address. The case is pending court.

Details: Police responded to a crash at the intersection of Route 1 and Harrison Street and found an unoccupied vehicle with airbag deployment and damage consistent with a collision. Witnesses stated the driver had fled on foot. Officers located Joydratha Sarkar nearby, who admitted the vehicle was his but refused to provide further information. He displayed signs of intoxication and failed to cooperate with questioning or EMS. Through investigative means, officers identified Sarkar and determined he had been operating the vehicle while under the influence.
Sarkar failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for DWI. He was processed at headquarters, where he provided breath samples resulting in a BAC of 0.149%. He was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses and charged criminally with Hindering and Assault by Auto due to injuries sustained by his passenger, who was transported to the hospital. Sarkar was released ROR to a friend pending court proceedings in both municipal and superior court.

Suspect: Unknown – Described as a light-skinned Black or Hispanic male wearing black Adidas track pants, a grey or white t-shirt, a black bucket hat, a black surgical mask, and carrying a grey hooded sweatshirt.
Details: Police responded to a report of a stolen wallet at Wegmans. Surveillance footage showed the suspect approaching the victim’s cart while her back was turned and removing the wallet. The suspect concealed it under a sweatshirt and exited toward the rear of the parking lot, leaving in a blue SUV. Shortly afterward, an attempted fraudulent charge was made on one of the stolen credit cards at a nearby CVS. Investigation is ongoing.

Gummuluru was trespassed from all Wegmans stores for two years and released with a Superior Court date of July 17, 2025.

She was released ROR on both warrants and transported back to Target to retrieve her belongings.

Details: The victim returned to his vehicle after a bike ride to find several credit cards and $500 cash missing from his wallet. One of the stolen cards was used at a store in Princeton for a fraudulent purchase. Investigation determined two suspects were involved (male and female). The female was described as a short Hispanic woman in her 30s with a stomach tattoo, and the male as a white male in his 30s with cauliflower ears. There was no sign of forced entry.

Accused: Emanuel Garay - (Trenton, NJ)
Details: An individual in a motorized wheelchair concealed merchandise in a backpack and left the store without paying. Store employees recovered some of the stolen property. Emanuel Garay was identified through prior knowledge of other incidents. He was charged with shoplifting via summons mailed to his last known address.

Accused: Glen M. Stubbs - (Trenton, NJ)
Details: On the above date and time, Glen Stubbs was observed on surveillance footage entering Marshalls with a reusable bag and concealing various men’s clothing items inside it. Stubbs placed socks, underwear, and shirts into the bag before covering it with a jacket and exiting the store without rendering payment. Through investigative means, Stubbs was identified and charged with shoplifting. A criminal complaint was issued and mailed to his last known address. The case is pending court.

Accused: Joydratha Sarkar - (Ewing, NJ)
Details: Police responded to a crash at the intersection of Route 1 and Harrison Street and found an unoccupied vehicle with airbag deployment and damage consistent with a collision. Witnesses stated the driver had fled on foot. Officers located Joydratha Sarkar nearby, who admitted the vehicle was his but refused to provide further information. He displayed signs of intoxication and failed to cooperate with questioning or EMS. Through investigative means, officers identified Sarkar and determined he had been operating the vehicle while under the influence.
Sarkar failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for DWI. He was processed at headquarters, where he provided breath samples resulting in a BAC of 0.149%. He was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses and charged criminally with Hindering and Assault by Auto due to injuries sustained by his passenger, who was transported to the hospital. Sarkar was released ROR to a friend pending court proceedings in both municipal and superior court.

Suspect: Unknown – Described as a light-skinned Black or Hispanic male wearing black Adidas track pants, a grey or white t-shirt, a black bucket hat, a black surgical mask, and carrying a grey hooded sweatshirt.
Details: Police responded to a report of a stolen wallet at Wegmans. Surveillance footage showed the suspect approaching the victim’s cart while her back was turned and removing the wallet. The suspect concealed it under a sweatshirt and exited toward the rear of the parking lot, leaving in a blue SUV. Shortly afterward, an attempted fraudulent charge was made on one of the stolen credit cards at a nearby CVS. Investigation is ongoing.

Accused: Hasith Srujan Gummuluru - (Princeton, NJ)
Details: Officers responded to a shoplifter in custody at Wegmans. Hasith Gummuluru admitted to stealing $322.82 worth of groceries and attempted to use an old receipt to avoid detection. He was placed under arrest, processed at police headquarters, and charged with shoplifting. Gummuluru was trespassed from all Wegmans stores for two years and released with a Superior Court date of July 17, 2025.

Accused: Glen M. Stubbs - (Trenton, NJ)
Details: Glen Stubbs was located near the Marshalls store following a report of an in-progress shoplifting. He was found with $391.80 worth of stolen merchandise in his bag and was taken into custody. Stubbs was processed and charged with shoplifting. He was also found to have four active warrants out of Ewing, West Windsor, and Lawrence Township. He was released ROR on two of the warrants and later turned over to Lawrence Township Police for the remaining warrants.

Accused: Jordan O. Onyenemezu - (Bowie, MD)
Details: Police were dispatched to Target for a shoplifting in progress. Jordan Onyenemezu was stopped outside the store and found to have concealed four moisturizer products worth $87.96 inside his shirt while paying only for a small item. He was processed at headquarters and charged with shoplifting. Onyenemezu was released ROR.

Accused: Jasmine S. Little - (East Windsor, NJ)
Details: Jasmine Little was taken into custody after being observed removing tags from merchandise and scanning lower-priced items at the self-checkout, underpaying for $165.32 worth of items. She was arrested, processed at police headquarters, and charged with shoplifting. Little was also found to have outstanding warrants out of East Windsor and Robbinsville. She was released ROR on both warrants and transported back to Target to retrieve her belongings.
