Due to a water main repair at Route 27 and N. Adelaide Avenue, Route 27 southbound will be closed to all vehicular traffic beginning at approximately 3:00 p.m. and is expected to remain closed until 2:00 a.m.

All southbound traffic will be detoured onto North Second Avenue, then onto Harrison Avenue, and finally to River Road, reconnecting to Route 27 at the Albany Street Bridge.

Motorists are advised to consider an alternate route, such as Route 1, to avoid delays.
