Arson Incident- Public Assistance Required 
EMERYVILLE, CA — On Saturday, June 28, 2025, at approximately 7:14 a.m., Emeryville Police Department Officers were dispatched to a report of a vehicle fire in the rear alley of Pak N Save (3889 San Pablo Avenue).
Upon arrival, Officers discovered three vehicles actively on fire. The Alameda County Fire Department responded and quickly extinguished the flames. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
A preliminary investigation, including the review of nearby surveillance footage, revealed a suspect intentionally started the fires. It was also determined that a fourth vehicle had been targeted but was not successfully set on fire.
Following the vehicle fires, the suspect then proceeded to Lanesplitter Pizza & Pub (3645 San Pablo Avenue) where he attempted to light the building on fire. Fortunately again, no injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, with a mustache, approximately 35–50 years old. See photos below.
