Tonight, Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025, Cranford will be celebrating Independence Day with fireworks at Nomahegan Park. 

Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:00pm.

A few reminders about tonight’s celebration:

• Please consider carpooling or walking to tonight’s events.
• Carefully read all signs and consider all parking laws prior to parking your vehicle.
• Expect significant delays in the area before and after the event.
• Traffic patterns will be temporarily adjusted to accommodate the large volume of vehicles. Follow all posted signs and officer directions.
• Park Drive will be inaccessible after 4:00pm.
• Northbound traffic on Springfield Avenue from Orange Avenue, and roadways from Union College to Kenilworth Boulevard will be inaccessible during and immediately after the fireworks.
