4048 Ingram Dr. Search Warrant 
On 07-02-2025, the Janesville Police Department, with assistance from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, Beloit Police Department and Dane County Sheriff’s Office, served a search warrant at 4048 Ingram Dr., Janesville.
The resident, Khor Chin Lim, had valid arrest warrants and was suspected of manufacturing explosives. Khor was taken into custody without incident and evidence was located within the residence to support Khor also being arrested for Manufacturing a Fire Bomb. Khor was held at the Rock County Jail pending his initial appearance.
