On June 30, 2025, Marissa DiNapoli was reported missing to the Morgan Hill Police Department. Marissa last communicated with family members via text message on June 28 at 9:16 p.m. In that message, she indicated that she planned to stay with a friend for the evening and would return home the following day. When she did not return home or respond to calls from family members, she was reported missing.
 
Detectives were assigned to investigate and determined Marissa was last seen on June 29 at approximately 9:45 a.m., in the company of Martin Mendoza. They were seen leaving a residence on Trail Drive, just outside the city limits of Morgan Hill. Marissa’s car was later located in the same area.
 
Martin Mendoza was not cooperative with our initial investigation and is now considered a person of interest in Marissa’s disappearance. Detectives are actively seeking information on his whereabouts and urge anyone with knowledge to contact their local law enforcement agency immediately. Mendoza is believed to be driving a white Toyota Camry bearing either license plate CW87W00 or 9PTM351.
