Power to the traffic signals at Bancroft Avenue and Estudillo Avenue has been restored.

[ORIGINAL MESSAGE]:
Due to an asphalt reconstruction project on Bancroft Avenue, the traffic signals at the intersection of Bancroft Avenue and Estudillo Avenue will have no power until 4:30 PM.  

Please avoid the intersection and utilize alternate routes.  As a friendly reminder, when there is a traffic signal outage, the intersection should be treated as a four-way stop.
