At 426 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles south of Oreana, or 33 miles west of Mountain Home, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing visibilities. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central Ada, southwestern Elmore and central Owyhee Counties.
