Pasadena Police is seeking your help locating Edson Morgan, male black, 83 years old,5'6, 160-170lbs., gray hair, gray beard, wearing dark shirt,  black sweatpants and black baseball cap with "Ghana" written on the front.  He was last seen at 11am, in the 500 blk of Prescott St. He suffers from Dimentia.
