In response to a statewide rise in serious motor vehicle crashes, the South Brunswick Police Department has begun a series of enforcement details designed to keep our highways safe. We will be focusing on intersections, distracted driving, and speed, but will also be enforcing other violations observed.
 
To be sure that other roadways in our township also receive attention, we will also be continuing our traffic enforcement details as scheduled.
 
Traffic Enforcement Details from July 5^th to July 18^th:  
 
In an effort to address recurring traffic safety concerns within the Township, the South Brunswick Police Department will be conducting the following directed traffic enforcement details over the next two weeks:

West Side:
July 5^th to July 11^th: Mapleton Road/Academy Street: Speeding, Distracted Driving, and Weight Limit Ordinance Violations
July 12^th to July 18^th: New Road: Speeding, Distracted Driving, and Weight Limit Ordinance Violations
 
East Side:
July 5^th to July 11^th: Fresh Ponds Road: Speeding, Distracted Driving, and Weight Limit Ordinance Violations
July 12^th to July 18^th: Stults Road/Herrod Boulevard: Speeding, Stop Sign Violations, and Parking Violations
