INCIDENT: P.C. 25850(A) – Carrying a Loaded Firearm in a Public Place
LOCATION: Bear Valley Road/ Cottonwood Avenue, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Nathan Bohn 45-year-old Resident of Victorville
Dale Bohn 24-year-old Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Sunday, June 29, 2025, at approximately 8:28 p.m., deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to the area of Bear Valley Road and Cottonwood Avenue for reports of multiple subjects on motorcycles in possession of firearms.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted ten subjects at the location. Two subjects, later identified as Nathan Bohn and Dale Bohn, were found to be in possession of firearms. Neither suspect had a Concealed Carry Weapon permit. Additionally, deputies located a third firearm in a compartment on Nathan’s motorcycle.
Nathan Bohn and Dale Bohn were arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center, in Adelanto for P.C. 25850(A) – Carrying a Loaded Firearm in a Public Place.
