The National Weather Service in Fairbanks has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 10 AM Saturday to 1 AM AKDT Sunday.
* AFFECTED AREA...Upper Koyukuk Valley, Dalton Highway Summits and Yukon Flats.
* TIMING...From 10 AM Saturday to 1 AM AKDT Sunday.
* WINDS...East 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* HUMIDITY...As low as 21 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Highs in the lower 90s. Lows in the upper 50s.
* IMPACTS...Rapid ignition, growth and spread of fires will be possible. Hot, dry, and windy conditions may lead to rapid spread of fires.
* AFFECTED AREAS: UPPER KOYUKUK VALLEY ... DALTON HIGHWAY SUMMITS ... YUKON FLATS
