* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Concho, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Runnels, San Saba, Schleicher and Tom Green.
* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through early Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered showers and thunderstorms may produce rainfall totals from 1 to 3 inches in the stronger storms, especially Sunday afternoon. Due to heavy rainfall over the past several days, soils are still completely saturated across the watch area.
