...FIRE WX WATCH MONDAY FOR ZONES 426 & 427/ FIRE WX WATCH TUESDAY FOR ZONES 425, 426, & 427... The National Weather Service in Elko has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 425.
* WIND...Sustained southerly winds of 15-20 mph with wind gusts ranging 27-30 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Afternoon relative humidity values of 5% to 9%
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WHITE PINE AND NORTHEAST NYE COUNTIES
