At 650 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Elwood to near Danville. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Indianapolis, Anderson, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Lawrence, Brownsburg, Zionsville, Speedway, Danville, Elwood, Alexandria, Tipton, Windfall, Westfield, Avon, Cicero, Pittsboro, Whitestown, and Sheridan. This includes the following highways... Interstate 65 between mile markers 112 and 135. Interstate 69 between mile markers 200 and 214, and between mile markers 241 and 251. Interstate 70 between mile markers 77 and 85. Interstate 74 between mile markers 58 and 73.
