Due to a power outage in the El Paseo area, the traffic signal at El Paseo and San Pablo Ave is currently running on generator. Southern California Edison (SCE) is currently working to resolve the issue, with an estimated time to restore regular power service of 12am.

The signal is currently operating as a flashing red light, which motorists should treat as a four-way stop sign.

Please take note of other motorists at this intersection and proceed with caution, while yielding the proper right of way to your neighbors travelling in this area. Crews are actively assessing the situation and working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.
