Flood Advisory until 04:15PM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Callahan, Coleman, Concho and Runnels.
* WHEN...Until 415 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 112 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Coleman, Ballinger, Baird, Paint Rock, Cross Plains, Miles, Novice, Silver Valley, Glen Cove, Valera, Talpa, Oplin, Benoit, Leaday, Rowden, Rowena, Atwell, Lowake, Hords Creek Reservoir and Lake Coleman. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
